How can I retrieve my password if I’ve lost it?

You can use the Forget Password function and your account password will be sent to the account's admin contact email address listed on file.

Please Contact us if the email address is no longer valid. We will then proceed with account verification process, which may require you to verify the account security question, account contact and/or billing details before the account login information can be released.

Email user account passwords must re-assigned by the domain email administrator if they are lost.
