Upgrade Hosting Service Plan
1. Sign into Member Zone.2. Click on the Upgrade Hosting Plan function in the "Hosting" section.
3. Select the desired upgrade option. When you are ready, click on the Next Step button.
4. Make sure the payment information on file is valid as it will be used for your upgrade request. When you are ready, click on the Submit Request button.
*Note*
1. Account upgrade requests are processed within 24 hours (up to 48 hours on a weekend or holiday).
2. The following account upgrades involve a server migration and you will need to republish your web files upon the completion of the upgrade.
- Basic Hosting to any pay-hosting plans, including FrontPage Extensions, CGI/Perl/SSI, PHP/MySQL, Ultra Hosting and Unlimited Hosting plans.
- Ultra Hosting to Ultra Hosting (Windows)
- Ultra Hosting to Unlimited Hosting (Windows)
- Ultra Hosting (Windows) to Unlimited Hosting
- Unlimited Hosting to Unlimited Hosting (Windows)
- FrontPage Extensions, CGI/Perl/SSI, or PHP/MySQL to Ultra Hosting (Windows) or Unlimited Hosting (Windows)
