How to trace an email address

This is where you can test any email address by tracing its route from the server. This tool is helpful if you are having difficulty sending an email to a specific address. You can check to see where the problem might be.

1. Click on the Email Delivery Route icon under Mail.

2. Enter an email address.

3. Click on the Show Route button.
