How to configure complex tax logic

For example, in Canada there are sometimes two applicable taxes to a client's purchase.  In this case, you'll need to setup two rules to let the system know when taxes should be applied.

Example Scenario:
Shop Located: Vancouver BC, Canada

Taxes in BC, Canada:

  • GST: 5.00%
  • PST: 7.00%

Tax Scenario:

  • Shopper from within BC will be subjected to both GST and PST
  • Shopper Outside of BC but within Canada (Other Provinces) will be subjected to only GST
  • Shopper Outside of Canada will not be subjected to any Canadian taxes.

Rules Required: Assuming you have no other rules setup
