What is the cancellation policy for the Doteasy Commerce?

You may request to cancel your Doteasy Commerce service at any time without any fees or obligations. Any unused portions of the pre-paid service will be credited back to your Doteasy Hosting account as in-store credits. In-store credits are valid for a 12-month period and can be used on further purchases or service upgrades for the hosting account.

To cancel your Doteasy Commerce service, you will need to send us a written request through our Contact Us form. The request must be confirmed by your Doteasy Member ID and password.
