I am currently subscribed to the Doteasy Spam & Email Virus Protection service. What happens to my account upon upgrade?

One of the features of the Doteasy Spam and Email Virus Protection service was that it gave users a 100 MB per email account storage upgrade. However, with the Doteasy SmartMail, email storage will no longer be on a per email account basis. This means email storage will be calculated on a per domain basis, and you can assign individual email storage quotas for each of your accounts.

When you upgrade to our Doteasy Spam and Email Virus Protection service, you will receive an additional 2GB email storage upgrade for your domain. This means:
  • Basic Hosting package with Doteasy Spam and Email Virus Protection service - you will have 2100 MB email storage to be distributed amongst your email accounts (up to 10 email user accounts)
  • Ultra Hosting package with Doteasy Spam and Email Virus Protection service - you will have 3 GB email storage to be distributed amongst your email accounts (up to 100 email user accounts)
  • Unlimited Hosting package with Doteasy Spam and Email Virus Protection service - you will have a total of 12 GB email storage to be distributed amongst your email accounts
