I cannot login to my email account!

Doteasy SmartMail has a 6-character minimum password requirement. If you have previously set a 5 or less character password for your email account, you will experience problems logging into your new SmartMail system.

To change your email account password:

Email Admin Account:

You can change your email admin account password via the Change Password function in your Member Zone. Please allow 2-4 hours for changes to take effect.

Email User Accounts:

This applies to all email user accounts you have set up via your webmail system.

All password changes for email user accounts can be performed via your Email Admin Account.

1.    Login to your email Admin account
2.    Click on Domain Settings and select Email Users
3.    Click on the email user account you need to change passwords.
4.    Enter the new password in the New Password field, and re-enter it into the Confirm Password field.
5.    Click on the Save button to save the changes
