I've mistakenly disputed my payment with my credit card company and my account is now suspended. How do I reactivate my account?

Whenever you have questions regarding charges from Doteasy, it's best to bring your concerns to our attention first.

Once your credit card company is involved or if your payment is disputed, your Doteasy account will be temporarily suspended while the payment issue is being resolved. All accounts suspended due to chargebacks will be subject to a $25 Chargeback Account Reactivation Fee.
