I received a service renewal reminder. I just purchased my account services!

If you purchase an account upgrade on any day other than the first day of your hosting term, your first bill is automatically prorated to reflect that. Although you were asked to authorize payment for the full amount at the time of upgrade, you are only billed the prorated amount. A copy of the upgrade invoice can be found in your  Member Zone, under the Billing section.

You will be billed the full amount at renewal.
