My domain registration has expired. How can I renew it?

If your domain is registered with us and has just expired (ie. within the last 10 days), you can still submit your domain renewal request through the "Renew Domain" function in Member Zone, depending on your domain type. If you can't submit your domain renewal request through Member Zone, please do contact us and we can help you submit a domain renewal manually.

If your domain is not registered with us, you will need to contact your domain registrar for your domain renewal.
