I've sold my domain name. How do I change the domain ownership information?

You can transfer the ownership of a domain to another person or organization using the "Transfer Account Ownership" link under the "Account & Billing Profile" section in Member Zone.
After you submit the transfer ownership request, our system will send a email to the new owner to ask them to approve the ownership change.  If the new owner approves the change, our system will ask them to setup their contact information, billing details, and login information on the account. The new owner has 7 days to complete this process before the request times out.

Once the transfer ownership request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
