Can I get a refund for my domain name?
Domain name renewal and registration purchases are non-refundable. The central registry doesn't allow for reversals on domain transactions. So once the request is sent to the registry, we won't be able to cancel it, modify it, or issue a refund on it.
- Which methods of payment does Doteasy accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payment. These are by far the most efficient way to pay for your account services. If you are unable to pay using one of these methods, please do contact us so that we can discuss if alternate payment arrangements can be made.
