What currency are Doteasy fees charged in?
All Doteasy web hosting and domain registration prices are quoted and processed in US Dollars, with the exception of the .CA domain fees and clients using American Express.
.CA Domain
All .CA domain fees are quoted in Canadian dollars.
Clients Using American Express
Clients using American Express will be charged in the Canadian dollar equivalent using our pre-set currency exchange rate.
American Express' policy limits Canadian merchants to Canadian-dollar transactions. American Express will be responsible for converting the charges to your local currency for you.
Canadian Clients
For clients located in Canada, you have the option of payment in Canadian dollars. Your payment will be subject to our pre-set currency exchange rate.
Alternatively, you can select the default payment in US Dollars and allow your credit card issuer to convert the amount back to Canadian dollars using their daily rates.
