How do I know if the FrontPage Extensions are installed and/or enabled on my account?
Once you have submitted your order request for the FrontPage Extensions, please allow 12 hours for the feature to be fully enabled.
Please note that the FrontPage Extensions are, by default, disabled upon the activation of your Ultra Hosting or Unlimited Hosting account. You will need to login to your account Member Zone to enable the FrontPage Extensions.
To do so:
1. Login to your Member Zone 2. Click on Enable FrontPage Extensions under the "Hosting" section
Changes will take effect within 12 hours.
