If your ISP does not provide SMTP server service
for your use, you may use the Doteasy mail server for SMTP. However, you will
need to specify your Outlook to authenticate in order for the SMTP server to
accept your outgoing email.
You will find the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
checkbox by clicking on the "More Settings " button on the Internet
E-Mail Settings page.
