I am currently subscribed to the MailPro service. What will happen to my email services upon the upgrade?
The MailPro Email Service entitles you a 10MB per account email storage upgrade. However, with the Doteasy SmartMail, email storage will be on a per-domain basis. This means email storage will be calculated on a total-per-domain basis, and you can assign individual email storage quotas for each of your accounts.
If you are currently subscribed to our MailPro Email Service, upon the mail system upgrade, you will receive an additional 2GB email storage upgrade for your domain. This means:
Doteasy Basic Hosting package with MailPro Service - you will have 2100MB email storage to be distributed amongst your email accounts (up to 10 email user accounts)
Ultra Hosting package with MailPro Service - you will have 3GB email storage to be distributed amongst your email accounts (up to 100 email user accounts)
Unlimited Hosting package with MailPro Service - you will have a total of 12GB email storage to be distributed amongst your email accounts
