How do I remove the Doteasy email trailer?

Doteasy trailer message are appended to outbound emails if you are sending them via:

  1. Doteasy webmail service
  2. A POP mail client configured with Doteasy’s SMTP settings (ie. mail.yourdomain.com)

If you are currently on the Ultra Hosting, Unlimited Hosting, Doteasy MailPro and/or Doteasy Email Protection System, please note that we do offer a no-trailer email option. We can schedule a migration of your email account(s) to a non-trailer email server. The server migration process may take up to 24 hours to be completed and during this time, you may experience disruption to your email services. Please contact us for more details.
