Please contact us so that we can help you trace the issued check.
Affiliate checks are issued at the end of the month to accounts with 3 or more payable referrals.
If an affiliate check is returned to us for any reason, we will try to verify the mailing address by contacting you via the email address listed on your account profile. If we are unable to verify the address, your affiliate check will be kept on file until we received further advice from you.
To ensure successful delivery, please make sure the contact information on your Affiliate Member profile is kept up-to-date at all times. You can update your contact information in your Affiliate Member Zone.
