Why did you charge my credit card?

Please contact us if you have any questions about a charge on your credit card.

We kindly ask that you forward all charge inquiries to us first, and not your credit card issuing bank. The reason for this is if we should receive any charge investigatory claim or chargeback requests from your bank, we will need to temporarily suspend your account services for further investigations. Re-activation would be subject to a $25 service charge. This is to help us cover part of the investigatory claim service charge the banks imposes for processing your request.

If you do not recognize a charge from Doteasy, you can login to your account Member Zone for your account payment transaction records. If you have any questions about a payment processed, contact us with the charge amount(s) in question and the corresponding invoice(s).

For security reasons, please do not include your credit card details in your email to us.
