What is your refund policy for hosting services?

Refunds are issued on a special-case basis and must be authorized by a Customer Service supervisor/manager. Please contact us for further assistance.

If your account has been granted a refund:

Refunds are only granted to accounts that have been paid with credit card. For accounts paid with a money-order, a prorated Doteasy in-store credit will be issued. You will be able to use the in-store credits on any Doteasy service on your account.
