We provide a 5 day grace period on all hosting accounts to make a service renewal payment before account services will be suspended.
Payment Declined notices will be sent until you have either paid for the balance or your account has been suspended for non-payment.
If you need more time, you will need to contact usprior to account suspension. Extensions will not be granted on accounts already suspended for non-payment.
