I have purchased additional disk storage and traffic allowance for my account, but I no longer need the service. Can I cancel and receive a refund?
If you have ordered additional disk usage and traffic allowance, or any optional feature(s) for your account, and you no longer need the service, we can certainly have it removed from your account. However, the remainder of the paid service will not be refunded. Any unused portion of the paid service(s) will be credited back to your hosting account as in-store credits that you can apply towards your next domain or hosting service payment.
Please note that in-store credits are non-transferrable and non-redeemable for cash. The in-store credits will be issued to the account that the unwanted service was removed and will only be applicable to further purchases for that account.
