I did not authorize you to renew my account. Why did you charge?

All Doteasy web hosting accounts are set to auto renew as per the terms and conditions you agreed to upon sign up.

Hosting service renewal reminders are sent 2 weeks prior to service term expiry. You will be given 2 links: Yes- and No-Renewal. If we do not receive any No-Renewal requests by the term expiry date, your hosting services will be auto-renewed to avoid website and email disruption.

If you do not want your account services to be auto renewed, you will need to send us an email requesting a change/cancellation of service.
