I have mistakenly disputed my account payment with my credit card company. How do I re-activate my account?
If you should have any questions regarding a charge on your credit card statement and/or your Doteasy account, we ask that your first course action is to bring the enquiry to our attention.
If you should decide to contact your credit card company to file an investigatory claim and as a result, a charge dispute is forwarded to us, your Doteasy account will be temporarily suspended for further investigation.
All accounts suspended due to chargebacks will be subject to a $25 Account Re-activation Fee.
