I just confirmed my hosting service renewal but my credit card hasn't been charged yet.
Once you have submitted your renewal request and confirmed the payment details, your request will be filed to our automated system for processing on the renewal date. Your renewal request will not be processed until your current hosting term has expired. This is why you will not find your hosting service renewal invoice until the first day of the new hosting term.
Invoices will be available via View Invoices in your Member Zone.
