Yes, Domain Auto-Renewal is available for all domain names registered with Doteasy. This feature is free to all Doteasy domain name owners.
By default, the domain auto-renewal feature is disabled. If you wish to enable the feature for your domain, you can do so via the Domain Auto Renew link in your Member Zone.
Once the domain auto-renewal feature is enabled, our system will proceed with a renewal 5-days prior to your domain expiry date.
A Renewal Completed confirmation will be sent to you and a copy of payment transaction will be available via View Invoices in Member Zone.
*Note* Your domain name can only be renewed if the renewal payment is successfully processed. To ensure that your renewal is successful, please be sure to have valid payment information ready on file. You can confirm/update your account payment details via the Change Credit Card function in Member Zone.
