How do I renew my domain?
If your domain is registered with Doteasy:You can submit your domain renewal request via the Renew My Domain function in your Member Zone.
Our domain renewal system will prompt you for the desired renewal term and payment details.
Domain renewals generally take 24-48 hours to complete. You will be sent a Renewal Completed confirmation once the renewal process has been completed. A copy of the renewal payment can be obtained via the View Invoices link in Member Zone.
If your domain name has already expired, you will need to contact us for domain renewal assistance.
If your domain is not registered with Doteasy:
Because your domain is not registered with Doteasy, your domain renewal request will be processed as a Transfer Registrar request.
To begin, please make sure the administrative contact email address on your domain Whois record is valid and your domain is not locked.
Once you are ready, click on the Renew My Domain Through Doteasy function in your Member Zone. Our system will ask you to confirm your domain admin contact email address as well as the desired renewal term and payment details.
Once you have submitted your renewal request, you will need to wait for the transfer authorization email sent from the registry. Reply to it with your Domain AuthCode. If you do not have your Domain AuthCode, you will need to contact your current registrar.
The Transfer Registrar process takes 5-10 days to complete. Please make sure you allow at least 14 days for the process. Note that if the transfer process cannot be completed by the time your domain expires, the transfer will be aborted and you will need to renew your domain with your current register.
If your domain name is already expired, you will not be able to transfer the domain name registration services to Doteasy. You will need to contact your registrar to try to renew the domain name with them.
