I need to update my domain registration/whois records.
If your domain is registered with Doteasy:
You can use the Change Contact Information function in your Member Zone to update your domain registration records.
Please allow 24-48 hours for changes to take effect.
If you have a .CA domain name:
If the administrative contact information on your whois record is no longer valid, you will need to fill out proper paperwork to have it updated.
Individuals:
Contact us for the admin contact change form. Fill out the form completely as per instructions provided, and fax it back to us along with all required supporting documents. As part of the process, CIRA will send a confirmation request to the new email address you have provided. You will need to reply to the confirmation email as per CIRA's instructions to complete the process.
This process may take 3-10 business days to complete.
Organizations: Contact us for the admin contact change form.
You will need to print the form onto paper that displays your organization's letterhead. Fill out the form completely as per instructions provided, and fax it back to us along with all required supporting documents. As part of the process, CIRA will send a confirmation request to the new email address you have provided.
