There is absolutely no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Please keep in mind that we are a name-based hosting service provider. So, in order to use our hosting services, you will need to have a domain name. If you do not already have a domain name, you can register one through us. Domain name renewals are not included in our hosting service payment. You are responsible for your domain name renewal payment. If your domain is registered with us, you can use the "Renew Domain" function in your account Member Zone to submit your renewal request and payment.

If you already have a domain name registered with another company, you can signup for our Transfer Hosting service to being using our web hosting services. Your Transfer Hosting account will be subject to a one-time $35 Transfer Hosting Fee. We do provide a fee waiver option. Please refer to our Transfer Hosting Fee Waiver Program for details.
