Can I handle my own mail? I want to point my mail exchange to another server, is that possible? Are there any additional fees?

Yes, it is possible for us to change the MX records of your DNS entry to allow other servers to handle your email if your domain name is purchased from Doteasy.com

  1. Login to Member Zone and click on Manage Account.
  2. Click onĀ DNS Panel (For Advanced User) under the "Domain" section

Change requests can also be sent to us through our Contact Us form.

Incorrect DNS zone customization can disable your email service. Do not customize DNS zone file unless you have knowledge of what you are changing.

DNS changes take 24 hours to take effect.
